We do not collect data from users of our website. The membership data you directly provide us with has been entered into a spreadsheet. The data may subsequently be stored in a database. This page advises you on how we protect the data we gather.
Forms
We collect and retain information that you provide. This includes information you provided at the time of registering to become a member of TRPG and your ongoing subscription to TRPG.

We do NOT collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.
How we store your information
TRPG takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Every effort is taken to protect your personal data, however, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to TRPG; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your contact information, we will use strict procedures and security measures to try to prevent unauthorised access. Your information will be retained for as long as your membership is current and valid. It will be retained for a 12 month period following a cessation of membership and then deleted.
How we use your information
TRPG will only use personal information to exchange information with you relating to TRPG matters. Personal information will not be passed to third parties. Information may be shared with other officers on TRPG Management Committee for the purpose of exchanging and issuing information from TRPG.
Children
Children aged 16 or under wishing to provide personal details to TRPG should get their parent/guardian's permission to do so.
Your rights
You can ask us to stop sending you direct mail, or emails, or ask us to stop processing your details.
You are entitled to request all personal information we hold about you.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.

Trefonen Rural Protection Group (TRPG) takes the privacy of our members’ data seriously and will only use your personal information for TRPG administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership and TRPG related correspondence matters.
